John R Apartments are right in the thick of Brush Park. Located parallel to Woodward, tucked a few blocks back from the stadiums. Brush Park's revival began in the 1990s and has since accelerated. Over on Mack Ave. You can find Albert Kahn's personal residence. Brush Park Bodega, Leña, and Bar Pigalle are all little gems not on Woodward - with tons of options just a short walk to Midtown or a cruise up John R to North End and Milwaukee Junction.
